Registration Costs
Three day convention pass: $60 – includes dinner on Friday night
Saturday only convention pass: $40 – does NOT include dinner on Friday night
Sunday only convention pass: $30 – does NOT include dinner on Friday night
2012 Referral Program!
For each new paying attendee who names you as the reason they’re attending (i.e. you posted to a website, they’re your friend whom you’re dragging along this year) you’ll get an additional free ticket into the raffle, if you have five people using you as a referral then you’ll get a 6th ticket.
ANNOUNCING! Supporting Memberships: $10 – For those who cannot attend but would still like to support us and receive a goodie bag.
Dealers – same cost – no additional fees for tables
Friday Night Dinner – $5 per person (included in Three-day pass only)
Convention passes include entry into main convention area, MTAC, and Saturday night’s annual chocolate PJ party and song vid premier.
How to register
Complete the registration form below and email it to Tribal Forces we will then email you either a paypal invoice or get you the information on where to mail your payment to and who to make the check payable to.
Refund Policy – Full refunds will be given on any cancellations prior to March 28, three weeks before our final payment is due to the hotel. After March 28, members will have their choice of a 50% refund or rolling their registration over to the following year’s event.
